One Station, Start to Finish
These photographs follow a single ground-up build in Oakley, Contra Costa County, from bare dirt through to opening: a fuel station, a convenience store with a commercial kitchen, and a tunnel car wash on the same site.
They are worth scrolling in order. Site preparation, underground utilities, tanks and product piping, concrete, the building, the car wash and the interior fit-out all ran under one contract and one program, which is what keeps a job this size on a date.
Who We Have Built For
Our work comes from fuel distributors, branded operators and independent station owners. That has included sites for major fuel brands such as Chevron, Shell and Arco AM/PM operators, alongside dealers running a single location.
Most of it arrives by word of mouth: somebody we built for tells somebody else. That is a slow way to grow a business, but it is a good sign about the work.
