Repairs, damage response and underground leak location on stations and car washes that are already in service. If it has to do with a gas station or a car wash, we will come and sort it out.

What People Call Us For
A working station takes a beating, and most of the damage does not fit neatly into anyone’s scope of work. The list below is genuinely what the phone rings about.
- Vehicle strikes. A car goes through a wall, a canopy column or a dispenser island. First job is getting the site safe and secured, then getting you back to trading.
- Cracked and broken concrete. Drive lanes, approaches and islands. We cut out what has failed and put it back properly rather than patching over it.
- Underground fuel leaks. We go underground, find the leak, repair it and get the system back into service.
- Car wash reclaim lines. When reclaim lines plug up, somebody has to locate the blockage underground before anyone can fix it. That is a specialized job and it is one we do.
- Interior repairs and tenant improvements. Replacing tile and fixtures, opening walls up and restructuring them, rebuilding the parts of a store that wear out or get damaged.
- Utility locating. Finding underground storm and sewer lines, including for surveyors who need to know what is down there before anyone digs.
What We Mean by Emergency
We want to be straight about this, because the word gets used loosely in this trade and it sets people up for disappointment.
We are not a 24-hour callout service. If you ring at one in the morning, nobody is getting in a truck at one in the morning. What we will tell you is that we will get to it as soon as we can, and then we will actually do that. We would rather set that expectation honestly than promise round-the-clock cover we have no intention of providing.
In practice, urgent damage on a site we know gets moved to the front of the queue. Being based in the Sacramento Valley is most of why we can do that: our crews and equipment are usually a short drive from your site rather than a day away.
Why Call Us Rather Than a General Contractor
Most of this work sits in an awkward gap. It is too specialized for a general handyman, too small to interest a large commercial builder, and often it touches fuel, which narrows the field to contractors who hold hazardous materials certification.
We build these sites from the dirt up, so we already know what is under the concrete and behind the wall. On stations we built ourselves, we know it exactly. That is usually the difference between finding a leak in an afternoon and spending three days looking for it.
It is also work we take on for sites we did not build. You do not need a history with us to call.
Common Questions
How Quickly Will You Get Here?
It depends on where your site is and what our crews are on that week. Call and describe it and you will get a straight answer about when we can be there, not a hopeful one.
Will You Take a Small Job?
Yes. Small jobs are how most of our long-term customers started with us.
Do You Work on Stations You Did Not Build?
Regularly. Tell us what you have and roughly how old it is, and we will work the rest out on site.
