What We Build
We build gas stations and car washes, primarily in Northern California. Most of our work is a complete station: the site work, the fuel system, the building, and the car wash beside it. If you do not see what you need listed below, call us and ask.
Gas Station Construction
Ground-up service stations and c-stores, run as your general contractor from permits through opening day.
Fuel System Installation
Tanks, product piping, dispensers and containment, delivered and signed off under one contract.
Tank Removal & Decommissioning
Hazardous-materials certified removal of underground storage tanks, with the permitting handled.
Car Wash Construction
Tunnel and in-bay car washes, built alongside a fuel island or on their own.
Underground Utilities & Grading
Wet and dry utilities, storm drainage and site grading: the dirt work that sets a schedule.
Tenant Improvements
Interior build-outs and remodels for c-stores, food service and retail space.
Maintenance & Emergency Calls
Damage repairs, concrete, interior work and underground leak location on sites already trading.
Not sure which you need?
Describe the site and we will tell you what it takes, or tell you straight if it is not work we do.
