Tunnel and in-bay car washes built across Northern California, usually alongside a fuel island and sometimes on their own. Site work, utilities, equipment coordination and the building, under one contract.

Car Washes and Fuel Go Together
Most of the car washes we build are attached to a station, because that is how the numbers work. A wash turns a fuel stop into a second sale, it uses ground you have already paid for, and it earns on margins that do not swing with the price of a barrel of oil.
It also shares the parts of the job that are easy to underestimate: the grading, the drainage, the water supply, the electrical service and the reclaim system. Building the wash at the same time as the station means one mobilization, one set of trenches and one schedule instead of tearing up a working forecourt two years later.
What We Handle
- Site grading, drainage and traffic flow through the wash lane
- Water supply, sewer connection and reclaim system plumbing
- Electrical service sized for the equipment actually being installed
- Foundations, slab and trench work to the equipment manufacturer’s specification
- Building shell, roof and finishes
- Coordination with your chosen equipment supplier and their installers
- Vacuum islands, pay stations and canopies
A note on equipment: we build the structure and get every service to the right place at the right depth. The wash equipment itself is supplied and commissioned by the manufacturer you choose. Getting their drawings early matters more than almost anything else on this type of job: slab penetrations and trench routing are set by the equipment, and moving them later means breaking concrete.
Adding a Wash to a Site Already Trading
Retrofitting a wash onto an operating station is a different problem from building both together. The constraint is keeping fuel flowing and customers circulating while a chunk of the lot is a construction zone.
That is a solvable problem, but it needs planning rather than optimism. We will walk the site with you, work out what has to close and when, and tell you plainly if the layout you have in mind is going to cost more in lost trade than it earns back.
Common Questions
Will You Build a Standalone Wash With No Fuel?
Yes. Most of ours come with a station attached, but a wash on its own is well within what we do.
Do You Have Equipment Brands You Prefer?
We build to whatever you have chosen. If you have not chosen yet, we can tell you what we have found straightforward to install and service in this region, but the operating decision is yours.
What About Water Recycling Requirements?
Reclaim requirements vary between jurisdictions and can affect both your equipment choice and your sewer connection. It is worth settling early, and we will raise it during planning rather than at inspection.
